Why should I book you? We are a professional company with a high street presence and a reputation for quality customer service built up over ten years through hard work and attention to detail. We value this reputation and can provide references to back up our word. Is your equipment safe? Yes, all our equipment is regularly checked and serviced. In addition our equipment is PAT safety tested in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Saftey at Work Regulations 1999. For your added peace of mind we also carry £5M public liability insurance and £10M employee liability insurance. We carry this insurance not because we expect something to go wrong but because we take our responsibilities very seriously in the event something did go wrong. What kind of music do you play? We can and will play any music you request. Our music collecting is vast and extensive, covering virtually all genres and styles. We play from CD and laptop, both traditional audio and MP3 formats. We encourage you to provide a request list in advance and we are very pleased to accept requests on the day/night. If there are particular sings you ask for in advance that we don't currently have, we will obtain them legally, we do not use Lime Wire or other file sharing applications to obtain music illegally. If a track is not available through legal routes we will let you know. How much space do you need and what electrical requirements? We require about 3m (10ft) by 2m (7ft) ideally but if space is limited we will happily discuss ways of reducing this with you prior to your event. All our equipment runs from a standard 13amp mains supply, however it is advisable to run lighting on a separate socket to sound equipment so we prefer two independent 13amp sockets if possible. |
